San Diego Wave FC forward Kyra Carusa has been named to the Republic of Ireland’s roster ahead of the final group stage matches for the UEFA Women’s National League.

Ireland will host Hungary at Tallaght Stadium in South Dublin on Friday, Dec. 1 at 11:30 a.m. PT before traveling to face Northern Ireland at Windsor Park in Belfast on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 10:00 a.m. PT. Ireland (4-0-0) currently sits at the top of their group in League B, as the Girls in Green remain undefeated in group play.

The local San Diego talent joined the Wave following her World Cup debut. In her first-ever NWSL campaign, Carusa appeared in eight matches (four starts), while scoring in two matches, including scoring the game-winning goal against Portland to help San Diego secure a playoff berth.
