SEASON TICKET MEMBER FAQ: JULY 12 MATCH

Match Info:

  • Opponent & Location: Utah Royals at Torero Stadium
  • Date & Time: Saturday, July 12 at 5:00 PM

Due to the event being hosted at Torero Stadium, you will need to take actions to accept and download your tickets to your phone for the event. Please review the step by step instructions below:

HOW TO ACCEPT TICKETS:

  • Locate email from [email protected] sent on 07/03/25 and 07/10/25.
  • Open the email and select “Accept Transfer”
  • You will be redirected to a new page. Click “Create Account” and input your email address associated with your season tickets.
  • Once the new account is created, you will be directed to your tickets. Save your tickets to your mobile wallet from here.

Parking

1. Is parking free?

Yes, parking is completely free at Torero Stadium for this match. More details will be included in your Know Before You Go email. Please see parking map below.

2. Can I invite friends and family who are non-members?

This is a private event and match for Season Ticket Members only. Each membership includes access for the number of seats in your account (i.e. 4 season seats = 4 guests).

3. What if I can’t attend?

Members are able to take advantage of Ticket Exchange for matches they’re unable to attend. This benefit is ONLY available to full season ticket members.

  • Exchange: Members can exchange tickets for home matches they are not planning to attend for other home matches through the Wave FC Account Manager as well. The deadline to exchange your tickets for this match is Monday, June 30th. Click HERE to access our Ticket Exchange tutorial.

4. Will all the players be there?

For all Wave FC events, players are subject to availability due to international call ups, injury, etc. Many of your favorite Wave FC players will be at the match and event on July 12! Some international players may be unavailable due to national team duty, but all in-market players will be part of the match roster and post-match activities.

5. How does ticketing and seating work?

Seating will be general admission within specifically designated sections. We recommend arriving early for the best viewing experience. See above information as to how to claim your tickets.

7. What can I bring to get signed?

Fans are permitted one photo per party OR one signed-item per person at each player station. Prohibited items are:

  • Blank Items – Posters or papers with no pre-printed team/player imagery
  • Soccer balls (inflated and deflated)
  • Unlicensed or unofficial team gear
  • Contractual or Legal Documents
  • Large or Oversized Items
  • Items with Offensive, Political, or Inappropriate Messaging
  • Anything deemed disrespectful or not in line with event values
  • Multiple Items Per Person
