Accessing Tickets

The only way to access your tickets on gameday is through the Wave FC app! Download the Wave FC app here.

Login with your Wave FC Account Manager credentials (the email and password you used when purchasing your season tickets) to access your tickets in the Tickets tab. If you haven’t logged in before, please hit “Forgot Password” to reset it and gain access to your account.

Transfer, Assign, Sell or Donate your Tickets

In the event you cannot attend a game, there are a few options to choose from:

  • Transfer: Forward your tickets/parking to a friend, family member, colleague, or client. You can do so in your Wave FC app or the Wave FC Account Manager by locating your ticket and clicking “Transfer”
  • Assign: Assign is a new feature in the Transfer experience that will put the ticket owner in full control. With this, you can now easily share tickets to others in your group while you keep full ownership of the ticket.
  • Sell: Sell your tickets to another fan through Ticketmaster. You can do this by logging into your Wave FC app or Wave FC Account Manager by locating your ticket and clicking “Sell”.
  • Donate: Donate your tickets to Vet Tix or our Community Ticket Donation by logging into your Wave FC Account Manager, locating your tickets and clicking “Donate”

Ticket Exchange

Can’t make it? No problem. Members can exchange tickets for home matches they are not planning to attend for other home matches through the Wave FC Account Manager. The deadline to exchange your tickets is 48 hours prior to kickoff.

Policies

  • Exchanges must be completed online via Wave FC Account Manager at least 48 hours prior to the game you cannot make.
  • Ticket exchanges will be available for equivalent seat locations – or upgrade your seats with an additional cost at your exclusive member rate.
  • Members who are on the interest free payment plan cannot exchange games that are currently not paid for in the payment plan. If a member would like to pay in advance, they can contact their representative.
  • Maximum of three exchange transactions are allowed for the regular season.
  • Matches and seating locations eligible for exchange are based on availability and are subject to change.

Parking

Full Season Parking

Please visit Season Ticket Member Headquarters to purchase a full season parking pass at your exclusive member rate. You can also purchase parking on a match-by-match basis at the same member rate if you do not prefer to purchase a full-season parking pass.

Single-Match Parking

You can purchase parking on a match-by-match basis at your exclusive member rate via Season Ticket Member HQ and clicking on “Buy Parking”. Members will also receive the link to purchase single-match parking in your Season Ticket Member Know Before You go email 1-2 days prior to match day each match week.

Discount Limitations

50% off GA parking is limited to full season ticket holders with 2 or more seats. Members with 1 seat will have access to a member rate. Due to its limited capacity, VIP Thrive Lot parking is only available for purchase to Premium/Club Level Season Ticket Members

Full season ticket holders with 4+ Field Club tickets, Pitchside seats, a Loge Box or a Suite receive one (1) complimentary VIP Thrive Lot season parking pass.

Renewal Information and Timing

All full season ticket members will receive information regarding renewals process, timeline, etc. beginning Summer of 2025.

Season tickets will be automatically renewed per 2025 season ticket terms and conditions and all full Season Ticket Members will have access to upgrade or relocate after autorenewal. Please contact your season ticket rep or [email protected] with any further questions.

Accessing your Merchandise and Concessions Discounts

Your 2025 season ticket member merchandise code will be sent to you soon! Please mark [email protected] and [email protected] as safe senders.

  • To use your discount – input your code into the “Discount Code” box at checkout.
  • Please be sure to use your email address associated with your season tickets at checkout or your discount will not work.
  • Your discount code is unique to you and your email address associated with your season tickets. It is not shareable.
  • This discount code cannot be combined with other offers.

To use your merch/concessions discount in-stadium, head to your Wave FC app and locate your members discount at the bottom of the Tickets tab. Show the cashier upon checkout and they will apply your 20% merch discount OR 10% concessions discount.
