All Snapdragon Stadium tickets are digital. This means your phone will be your ticket.

Please login to your account manager here: am.ticketmaster.com/sdwave/ and your tickets will be under the “My Events” tab. Your season tickets will only be accessible through the account manager link, not the Ticketmaster app. If you need additional assistance, please visit this page with complete instructions and a walkthrough video.

We encourage you to tap on “Save to Phone”, “Add to Apple Wallet”, “Save to Google Pay”, “Save to Passbook”, whatever language your device uses, to save the ticket in your smartphone’s wallet for later use and easy access when you arrive at the stadium. Screenshots of your barcode will NOT get you in.

You may also access your tickets via the all-new San Diego Wave FC mobile app, which you can download here.

All Snapdragon Stadium tickets are digital. This means your phone will be your ticket.

The below actions must take place on your smartphone for tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com.

  • Open the Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com using your mobile internet browser.
  • Sign in to your Ticketmaster account, then tap on My Events to locate your order.
  • Tap your order to view your tickets. At entry, show your phone to get scanned, and you’re in!
  • If you wish to transfer a ticket, you can do so here as well by tapping transfer.

If you received a transferred ticket from Account Manager, you’ll access your tickets here: am.ticketmaster.com/sdwave/.

  • Using your smartphone, click on the “View Mobile Ticket” link in your confirmation email.
  • Create an account if you do not already have one, then log in to your San Diego Wave FC Account Manager account.
  • Click on the game you are attending under “My Events”.
  • Click on your ticket to be scanned for entry, or click the checkbox on the ticket(s) you wish to transfer to other members of your party attending the game.
  • If you need additional assistance, please visit this page with more instructions.

We encourage you to transfer a ticket to each person in your party. Yes, you can have multiple tickets on your smartphone; however, all fans must then enter at the same time and be in line together. You will be able to swipe right through all of the tickets you have for that game.

San Diego Wave FC continuously strives to contribute a high standard in guest experience within our league as well as the Sports and Entertainment Industry. San Diego Wave FC pledges to maintain a synergetic, safe, and inclusive community for all to enjoy the beautiful game and support women’s soccer. The following Code of Conduct is presented to address conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the community’s experience. Any violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions for a group or individual.

Please note that this Code of Conduct applies equally to online interactions and in-person events.

The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club.

  • All fans must always abide by all local and federal laws.
  • Discriminatory or hateful language, symbols, or gestures, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, transphobic, and religious intolerant remarks, and iconography.
  • Behavior that is illegal, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, including verbal, physical, or virtual harassment of match officials, players, staff, or other patrons.
  • Improper/Fraudulent resale of tickets
  • Possession of Prohibited Items*
  • Throwing items of any kind onto the field.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any location other than that permitted by your ticket or credential. (i.e.. Field, Player Tunnel, etc.)
  • Refusal to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
  • Conduct which results in damage to the venue or other individual property.
  • Irresponsible consumption or use of alcohol or other substances.
  • Failing to follow venue rules or requests from staff regarding stadium operations, policies, and emergency response procedures.
  • Failure to abide by the San Diego Wave FC Code of Conduct may result in, but is not limited to the following:
    • Ejection without refund
    • Temporarily denied entry to future matches/events
    • Season ticket membership revoked
    • Permanently suspended from all San Diego Wave FC matches/events

Yes! And we encourage you to do so. Snapdragon Stadium is located a short walk from the Stadium station on the Trolley’s Green Line. For additional information about taking the Trolley, click here.

All parking at Snapdragon Stadium, regardless of color, is general admission parking except for the Thrive and Green lots. We highly encourage pre-paying for parking prior to arrival. For more information on parking and to purchase parking passes, visit our transportation page.

Yes. Guests are required to park in spaces as directed by ACE Parking upon arrival; guests may not reserve additional spaces and must tailgate directly behind their vehicle.  For additional information on tailgating, click here.

Snapdragon Stadium welcomes fan support including banners and signs. Banners, posters, and signs must be no larger than 24’’ x 36’’. All items are subject to content review – obscene and/or vulgar messages will not be allowed. We ask that guests do not place signs, posters or banners on any railings, seatbacks or obstruct other guests’ view of the field or any in-stadium digital signage.

Visit the Wave FC Team Store located near the southeast gate or at our two merch booths within the concourse located near the northwest gate and the Kaiser Permanente (northeast) gate.

Snapdragon Stadium is a cashless venue. Reverse ATMs are available onsite to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card for easy ordering at our cashless concessions and retail locations. Reverse ATMs are located inside the southeast and southwest entries.

Snapdragon Stadium is a facility of San Diego State University. There is no smoking of any kind permitted on the SDSU campus. Smoking is prohibited within the stadium gates or stadium property which includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.

Yes, complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to and from any entry gate and ticketed seats for guests who request assistance. Requests for wheelchair escorts can be placed with a Guest Service representative at any entrance gate. Wheelchairs are based on availability and will not remain with guests during the event.

Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Guest Services behind sections 101, 114, 135 and 328. Guests inquiring about items lost at a previous event may contact guest services at 619.564.7940.

Children three (3) years and younger will be admitted free and must sit on a ticket holder’s lap. All children 4 years of age and older need a ticket to attend.
