Wave FC Pups at the Pitch Terms and Conditions

DOG GUIDELINES

Your dog must:

  • Be at least 6 months old 
  • Be current on Rabies, DAPPv, and Bordetella vaccinations 
  • Be healthy and free of fleas/ticks 
  • Be friendly with other dogs and people 
  • Be comfortable in loud, high-energy environments 
  • Be on a standard leash (6 feet or shorter) 
  • Wear a secure collar or harness with ID tags 

Your dog should skip this match if they:

  • Are younger than 6 months 
  • Are recovering from illness or injury 
  • Have aggressive tendencies or reactivity 
  • Get overwhelmed by crowds or noise 
  • Show signs of illness, including coughing, lethargy, or nasal discharge 

Wave FC staff reserves the right to turn away any dog or owner if safety is a concern. Please come prepared to look after and clean up after your dog throughout the night. 

Matchday guidelines:

  • Dogs will not be permitted to leave the designated North Concourse/dog-friendly area
  • Dog entry will only be permitted through the designated North entry gate
  • Outside dog treats or food is not permitted inside the stadium
  • Proof of vaccination is required prior to entry of stadium

RELEASE & WAIVER

By purchasing tickets for Pups at the Pitch at Snapdragon Stadium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that I am responsible for my dog at all times. I agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by San Diego Wave FC, and Snapdragon Stadium staff, including any decisions regarding me or my dog’s ability to safely participate. 

I confirm that my dog is in good health and current on Rabies, DAPPv, and Bordetella vaccinations. I will present proof of vaccination upon request. 

I acknowledge that participation in an event with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, or property damage to myself, my dog, or others. I voluntarily assume all such risks and take full responsibility for my dog’s actions and behavior. 

I hereby waive, release, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless San Diego Wave FC, The Board of Trustees of the California State University, The State of California acting in its higher education authority on behalf of San Diego State University, Global Spectrum, L.P. dba OVG360, and all of their respective officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or connected to my participation in this event. 

I also grant permission to San Diego Wave FC and its authorized partners to photograph or record me and/or my pet at the event, and to use such images or recordings in promotional or commercial materials in perpetuity and without compensation. 

I have read and fully understand this waiver. I am of legal age and agree to these terms by selecting “I Accept” during the ticket purchase process.
