COLLEGE: Turnbow spent five seasons at Santa Clara University where she is a five-time First Team AllWest Region, five-time First Team All-WCC, two-time WCC All-Academic honorable mention, two-time Third Team Academic All-American. Turnbow’s college career was strong from the start when she was named WCC Freshman of the year and was named to the WCC All-Freshman team. As a senior, she was named College Cup Offensive Most Outstanding Player, Top Drawer Soccer Player of the Year, and Top Drawer Soccer Best XI First Team. In Turnbow’s fifth and final season as a Bronco, she was named First Team All American, a Honda Award Finalist, one of three Finalist for MAC Hermann Trophy, First Team CoSIDA Academic All-West Region, and a Senior Class award finalist. Turnbow finished her college career with 56 goals, 38 assists and an NCAA Championship in 2021.
PROFESSIONAL: Turnbow was a second-round pick by Chicago in the 2021 NWSL Draft but returned to Santa Clara for a fifth season due to COVID outbreak.
PERSONAL: Kelsey is the daughter of Tom and Stacey Turnbow. She has two siblings, Ashtyn and Alexi. She majored in finance and received a master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Leading Innovative Organizations and Marketing.
