Q: What if I lose an item at Snapdragon Stadium?

Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Guest Services behind sections 101, 114, 135 and 328. Guests inquiring about items lost at a previous event may contact guest services at 619.564.7940.

Q: What age do you require a ticket for children?

Children three (3) years and younger will be admitted free and must sit on a ticket holder's lap. All children 4 years of age and older need a ticket to attend.

Q: I would like to have a group outing; how do I arrange that?

For groups of 10 or more, Group Outings offer exclusive experiences in addition to special pricing. Whether you are looking to bring friends, family, or clients, we can offer your group flexibility and great locations. For more information, email groups@wavefc.com

Q: What is your refund policy?

San Diego Wave FC Season Ticket Members may receive a refund only for future matches in the event of deployment for active military (relocation outside of 100 mile radius) or in the event of an untimely illness or passing. Proof of these events must be presented for refund. Members may take advantage of ticket resale benefits available through verified marketplaces. Membership deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The cost of the deposit will be applied towards the balance due of season tickets during the seat selection process.
