PROFESSIONAL: Lowder was drafted by the Utah Royals FC in 2020. She joined the San Diego Wave FC for their first season in 2022.
INTERNATIONAL: Since 2019, Lowder has represented the United States in the first ever US Women’s Beach Soccer National Team.
COLLEGE: In her 63 appearances for Santa Clara Broncos, Lowder recorded 216 saves and 20 shut outs. Her sophomore season, Lowder was named All-WCC honorable mention and set a career-high with 14 saves against Stanford during the second round of the NCAA tournament. Her junior year, Lowder was named WCC All-Academic honorable mention. In her final season as a Bronco, she was named team captain and WCC All-Academic honorable mention for a second consecutive year.
PERSONAL: Lowder is the daughter of Brian and Elisabeth, and has an older brother, Andrew.
